A Situation Comedy

Kiser (Weekend at Bernie's, Friday the 13th, and Will & Grace) and Dennis O'Neil (Walker, Texas Ranger), and of course Tommy Habeeb as "The Producer."
This is the ongoing story of a fellow from Brooklyn named Billy Valentino (O'Neil) who runs a bail bonds office in Dallas, Texas. He loves the business, but being surrounded by slow-talking Texans drives him crazy!
His best friend and Fugitive Recovery Agent (Bounty Hunter to you and me) is a feller named Leroy T. Bolin (Gilliam)... you can just call him Tex!
"OUT ON BAIL!" is a hysterical romp showcasing the colorful characters and wacky situations that frequent Billy's Bail Bonds... your one-stop, get out of jail right NOW bail bondsman. Each episode brings sharp wit and comedy into the world of people living life on the fringes of the law... and those who bail them out!
